TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 pm
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 am
NO PETS.
NO SMOKING INDOORS.If burn marks are found you will be responsible for the full replacement cost plus a 10% surcharge.
LOST KEYS. If all keys are not returned the last day of your stay you will be charged $50.00 per key.
DEPOSITS. No refunds of deposits for cancellations within 21 days of stay unless we are able to rent the cabin to someone else covering the same days that you had cancelled.
CANCELLATION FEE: All cancellations are subject to a $40.00 cancellation fee.
SECURITY DEPOSITS. Security deposits will be refunded in full within two weeks of your stay provided there is no damage to the property. An itemized list of charges, if any, will be mailed to the address that you provided us.
WILDLIFE. Renter is aware that the property surrounding the cabin is the natural habitat of deer, partridge, bear and other wildlife. Such wildlife may or may not be seen during your stay. Renter agrees to hold Cracklewood Cabins, Back Porch Enterprises, LLC and its owners harmless for any damage or injury to renter or his or her property caused encounter with the wildlife.
THEFT. The cabin is located in a safe area; however, if a theft occurs and it is determined that access to the cabin ocurred from your failure to lock the premises upon checking out or during your stay, you will be responsible for all items taken and/or damaged.
If any of your items are stolen or damaged during your stay neither Cracklewood Cabins, Back Porch Enterprises,LLC nor its owners will be liable for the loss.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. If renter, renter's guest, or either of their property is injured or damaged during their stay at Cracklewood Cabins, renter agrees to hold cracklewood cabins, Back Porch Enterprises, LLC and its owners harmless of all liability.
INDEMNIFICATION: renter further agrees to indemnify Cracklewood Cabins, Back Porch Enterprises, LLC and its owners of any and all claims brought against it/them for any actions by renter resulting in damage or injury to a third party or their property.
DAMAGES. Renter shall be responsible for any and all damage to the cabin's structure and flooring at the replacement rate plus current weekly rental rate for lost rents for each week it takes to repair. Damaged and/or missing furniture and other personal property being provided for your comfort will be charged at the full replacement cost plus 10% surcharge.
If any of your items are stolen or damaged during your stay neither Cracklewood Cabins, Back Porch Enterprises, LLC nor its owners will be liable for the loss.
BY RESERVING A CABIN, RENTER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
